  • HOW DO I KNOW MY RIGHT MEASUREMENT

 

 

 

In order to get your right size you can refer to the universal wig measurement chart. Please make sure your measurements are correct as we will not be liable for the wrong measurements.

 

  • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CUSTOM AND READY TO SHIP UNITS

Ready to ship wigs are made based on the standard wig sizing chart whereas a custom unit is made from your own head measurement.

 Ready to ship units will be released in collections from time to time, be sure to keep an eye on our website and socials for the release dates.

·       HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can then track your order from the carrier selected website.

  • CAN I SEND IN A WIG I PURCHASED FOR A CLOSURE REPLACEMENT

All units purchased from us can be sent in for a closure replacement or a colour refresh service.  Just contact us and we will be glad to help

  • WHAT IS THE WIG DENSITY

The density of the unit will be stated in grams the description. We mostly use 3 SDD Bundles meaning the hair is thick from top to ends. 1 bundle= 100G
