Terms and Conditions for Fabulace Wigs 

Welcome to Fabulace wigs. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1.Definitions

- "We," "us," "our": Refers to Fabulace Wigs

- "You," "your": Refers to the customer or user of our services.

- "Products, units": Refers to custom wigs and related accessories sold by us.

 

2. Ordering Process

- Custom wig orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.

- A detailed consultation may be required to confirm specifications such as style, color, and size.

- All orders are considered final once payment is processed and order confirmation is sent.

 Please note that we do not take rush orders. In order to provide the best service , all processing times must be adhered to, so please be mindful of this prior to making your purchase.

3. Payment

- We accept various payment methods listed on our website.

- Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

- Prices are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

 

4. Customization

- Custom wigs are made based on the specifications provided by the customer.

- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements and details.

- We will not be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

 

5. Production and Shipping

Processing Time

Production times may vary based on complexity and demand. An estimated timeline will be provided upon order confirmation.

  • All ready to ship units will ship within 2-3 Working days following your purchase. Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking information per e-mail.
  • Turnaround time for custom units is 21-30 working days excluding weekends and public holidays. In case of any changes, this will be communicated to you in a timely manner.

Shipping Policy

All pieces within the Signature Collection are completed and ready to ship.Orders are processed within 1–2 business days following purchase confirmation.

Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via DHL Express and require a signature at delivery for security purposes.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Estimated transit times:

  • Netherlands: 1 business day
  • Europe: 1–3 business days
  • United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
  • United States: 2–4 business days
  • International (outside EU/US/UK): 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.The custom fees will be indicated during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured while in transit with DHL Express.In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, a claim must be initiated wit DHL Express. We will assist in the process where required.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Fabulace is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts due to absence

If a package is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping fees will apply.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been marked as delivered by DHL and signed for, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive and sign for the package.

6. Returns and Exchanges

- Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return or exchange process.

- All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

- After this period, custom orders will not be eligible for cancellation.
